Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 August 2026
This page explains what we collect when you visit pitch.berlin, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only — not to separate agreements we make for client project work.
Who we are
’m Victor Abayomi, a freelance brand identity and packaging designer based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy covers this website and any contact forms or enquiries submitted through it.
What we collect
Details you give me directly through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, and anything you write in your message or project brief.
Technical data collected automatically when you visit: pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
Aggregated analytics data about how visitors use the site.
How we use it
To reply to your message or project enquiry.
To understand how the site is used so I can improve it.
To meet legal or accounting obligations where required.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. The site will still work, though some features may behave differently.
Who we share it with
I use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site, such as hosting, email, and analytics. They only process data on my instruction and may not use it for their own purposes. I don’t share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and my records. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023, and the GDPR or UK GDPR if you’re in the EU or UK, you can:
Ask what personal data I hold about you.
Ask me to correct or delete it.
Withdraw consent at any time.
Object to how I use it.
Email me at Victordesignstudio2@gmail.com and I’ll respond promptly. If you’re unhappy with my response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or your local data protection authority.
Security
I take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, but no method of online transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
I’ll update this page if my practices change, and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
